Can I order the entire series?
At this time, we do not offer the ability to order an entire series to get each doll within the series. You may receive duplicates if you order more than one of the same series. This is part of the random collectibility of many of the items we have
Product Warranty
We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of manufacturing defects (materials and/or workmanship) for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. All claims must be made within the 30 days of purchase. A dated sales or gift recei
Collector Quality
Dolls are mass produced and are meant to be played with and are not of collectable quality. We cannot issue refunds for damaged cartons from delivery.
Replacement Parts
We currently do not offer replacement parts for sale for LOL Surprise dolls, Rainbow High, Miniverse and accessories.
Is there a chance of receiving 'chase' items when purchasing certain series?
While purchasing certain series, we cannot guarantee receiving chase items as part of the order. This contributes to the fun of collecting, as each purchase holds the possibility of uncovering a rare chase piece.
